If your part arrives defective, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue quickly and with as little disruption as possible.
Defective Parts
If a part arrives defective, contact us right away. We work quickly to address replacement handling and return arrangements to keep downtime to a minimum.
Incorrect Part Ordered
Returns for incorrectly ordered parts may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or a $20 flat fee, whichever is greater. As a courtesy, the restocking fee may be waived if an order for the correct part is placed.
Return Window
Orders are eligible to be returned within the first 30 days after delivery. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
