From the date of delivery you have 30-days to return it for credit, exchange or a refund. Good part returns and returns without replacement may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. With our 30 -day warranty you can feel safe that you are receiving a quality product. All extended warranties are for replacement of the product only. No refunds after 30-days. Our price match policy: If you saw the item you need online for less then we post it, we will match the price plus give you an additional 5% off. Price match requests must be submitted by email (no calls on price matching please). Please email your request to price@thebestpartinc.com. Please include the link to the competitors site. We will respond as quick as possible to your request. All requests will receive a response in no more then 24 hours. We reserve the right to refuse any match with a reasonable explanation. Shipping costs will always be factored in. Please remember our posted price does include free shipping. Some vendors have a lower price before shipping.
