Orders placed before 4:00pm Central Standard Time are shipped the same business day.(Free Shipping Orders Are Not Included In Same Day Shipping)

  • UPS delivers Monday through Friday.

  • If Saturday delivery is required, please select UPS Saturday Delivery upon checkout.

(This is assuming your order is placed on a Friday)

  • While UPS is our preferred partner, we offer the option of FedEx same day shipping:

Please contact us for FedEx rates or choose the equivalent UPS level of service and note that you would like your order to ship via FedEx in the comments section upon checkout. Note: if there is a cost differential, we will contact you for approval before shipping your order. 

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you entered when checking out.

  • This email confirmation should arrive within 30 minutes of placing your order.

  • It will include a link to track your order once it has shipped.

  • If you do not receive this email, before contacting us, please check your spam folder.

 

Look for the following within your spam folder:

The title (subject) will be “order yhst-20151308448719-XXXXX from The Best Part Inc”

(Where XXXXX is your unique 5 digit order number)

  • In the event that you still did not receive an email, please email us at sales@thebestpartinc.com or call 1-866-371-7278 for your order status. We will respond immediately.

 

  • You may also visit www.thebestpartinc.com and click on the “Chat with Us Live” graphic.

  • You will receive a second email in the evening to confirm that your order has shipped.

 

At that time, you may click the link on your order confirmation email (first email sent) to obtain real time UPS tracking information.

 

If you cannot access email due to your system being down, in the comments section at checkout, you may include a cell phone number that is able to receive text messages and we will send your tracking number via text once your order ships.
